How to use this color picker
- Open the color wheel and drag to the shade you want — HEX, RGB and HSL update together.
- Or type a HEX code (e.g.
#0F766E) or adjust R/G/B or H/S/L numbers. - Click Copy next to the format you need for CSS, Figma, Canva or code.
- Optional: use Eye dropper to sample a color from any pixel on your screen (supported browsers).
HEX, RGB and HSL explained
HEX is the short web code designers paste into CSS (#RRGGBB). RGB mixes red, green and blue from 0–255. HSL is often easier to tweak: hue (color angle), saturation (intensity), lightness (brightness).
Example
Batooli teal ≈ HEX #0F766E · RGB 15, 118, 110 · HSL 176°, 77%, 26%

Frequently asked questions
What color formats does this picker support?
HEX (for CSS and design tools), RGB (red/green/blue 0–255), and HSL (hue, saturation, lightness). All three stay in sync as you pick a color.
How do I copy a color code?
Use the Copy buttons next to HEX, RGB or HSL. On supported browsers you can also copy with one click after picking.
What is the eye dropper?
On Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.), Eye dropper lets you sample a color from anywhere on your screen. Safari and some browsers may not support it yet — you can still use the color wheel and HEX input.
Is my color data stored?
No. Picking and converting colors happens for your session only. Batooli does not save your palette to a database.
Is the Color Picker free?
Yes. It is free to use and does not require an account.
